I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Vape Street, which compelled me to share my thoughts and concerns regarding the level of service I encountered. As a long-time customer, I've frequented Vape Street for years, but my most recent visit on Thursday left me deeply unsatisfied and questioning my loyalty to the establishment. On Thursday, I stopped by Vape Street to purchase my regular e-liquid. Little did I know that this seemingly routine visit would turn into a frustrating ordeal. Fast forward to Monday, when I finally opened the bottle of e-liquid only to discover that it was the wrong nicotine level. Given that I was already at work, I had no choice but to use the incorrect product throughout the day. After work, I hurried back to Vape Street to rectify the situation and bring the matter to their attention. Upon arrival, I spoke with an employee named Jake, who, regrettably, displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism and customer service skills. His tone was rude, dismissive, and condescending, which immediately made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Rather than taking responsibility for the mistake, Jake initially attempted to place the blame on me. I reminded him of my long-standing patronage at Vape Street, spanning several years. I suggested that he review my purchase history to verify that I had consistently ordered the same product, demonstrating that the error was not on my part. After a lengthy and unpleasant argument, Jake reluctantly agreed to replace the incorrect bottle. However, when I inquired about purchasing additional items, such as coils, his demeanor took a further downward spiral. To my disbelief, he smirked and declared that he would not sell me any additional products. When I pressed for an explanation, he simply stated that he was refusing to serve me and would mark my profile in their system. This unwarranted treatment left me feeling deeply disheartened and humiliated. As a loyal customer, I expected courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to rectify the shop's own error. Instead, I was subjected to unprofessional behavior and treated as if I had committed some offense. I genuinely hope that Vape Street takes my feedback seriously and addresses the unprofessional conduct of their staff, particularly Jake. Customer satisfaction and respect should always be paramount, regardless of the circumstances. I trust that this incident was an unfortunate exception and not indicative of the overall quality of service at Vape Street. I urge the management of Vape Street to investigate this matter further and ensure that such experiences are not repeated for other valued customers. My loyalty to your establishment hangs in the balance, and I sincerely hope that this matter can be resolved to restore my faith in Vape Street's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Wow, best experience I've ever had at ANY vape store. Amazing customer service, awesome products, every single time I leave feeling like they care about their customers and I feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I would never go to any other establishment, these guys are the best. A+, no questions, that is all.

I purchased two devices at the same time and one of them just started not getting charged and no refund nor warranty covered only 10 days after though. They just printed the receipt and wanted me to claim for the warranty directly with the supplier of the device which was impossible to do so thru their website or phone. They even mentioned that the device only cost 20 dollar implying that i could just purchase another one to use but this is not the matter of the money. I would use other vape shop as there are tons of them who can provide much better service level.

Don’t believe the negative reviews on this shop because it truly is the best with Excellent and friendly staff. I just love this shop and try to always get my vape stuff from this particular store. Keep up the good work!

I had nothing but a good experience so far. Staff were really helpful, despite my lack of knowledge, detailed explanations to my questions and great recommendations to get me started in my quitting smoking journey. Not 1 cigarette since my first visit and I appreciate everything they did to help. Also a large selection of both juices and devices.
