*edit from below: As the company replied to my review before I thought I would give it another shot. BAD IDEA- yes this time I was not given broken products but left with a broken heart. I was helped by a very sweet older man who was clearly being trained, I didn't mind waiting a bit (we have all started a new job before.) When the older new gentlemen asked the younger man training him for help he was not met with support but was greeted with comments like "get your s**t together man!" I understand getting frustrated with those taking longer to learn but theres a way to do it. I was completely disgusted by how the older man was being treated and shocked that the younger man (who I assume to be the owner) was doing this kind of cuss out in front of a customer. To the new older man- thank you for being so kind, you were doing great but I am officially washing my hands with this place. Work safe should check this place out for work place harassment. I have given this place a few attempts now and have ran into issues over and over. They have double scanned items, given me open coils, given me cracked pods. Will not return, and if you go- make sure you check products before you leave and always grab a receipt.

I didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped me out today, but he was super nice and friendly. I’ve tried a few different places on the North Shore and this is by far the best.

Great Place, just got a new Breeze 2 from Manny today. Great Customer service from the man, Manny: He helped me find materials to build my own set, And when I wanted to buy a new, small weight Machine, Manny instantly introduced the best types, differentiate different models, which as best for my use case, Not only that, he even offered and showed me how to operate the new machine, gave me good tips when setting up, gave great answer to all my questions. He was thorough in the trade, and the sale. He checked the machine, checked the coil pack to make sure they were new, Showed me the price of anything I wanted. 10/10 would come again !
