They helped me figure out a setup and flavor that helped me kick a 2 pack a day habit for good. Staff are fairly knowledgeable and prices are fair enough. One of their employees were very patient with me when I came in for a new coil and honestly I didn't know which one I needed and they helped me figure it out. Over all good and my only complaint is the strong ejuice smell when you walk in but I've been in many tobacco shops and they were no different from that.

Service Rep gave me the wrong filters even after checking my aspire nautilus. Upon returning to obtain correct filters no apology was offered for the error and she charged me an additional $4.75 for opening the package to try the filter. Customer service wise I am being generous with a 1 star rating. I have been using your shop for the past year as it was closer however, will now take my business back to my previous Vape shop with excellent customer service.

The staff and owners are EXCEPTIONAL! I was previously buying my e-juice online because it was the most inexpensive I could find, until a friend pointed me in their direction. Their e-juice line (infused) is very very reasonably priced and it's QUALITY! its like a premium e-juice. The store its self is SPOTLESS and super comfortable. I simply cannot rave about this place enough, I will never shop anywhere else for my vaping needs. please keep up the good work guys!

Great service from these guys. Got a new vape kit, had a few issues and wasn't satisfied with it, they gladly assisted me and exchanged it for another model.
