Very helpful staff, both in the morning and when I returned in the afternoon. The piece I had purchased earlier that morning did not fit my existing piece and staff were more than helpful to find something else. Unfortunately, the correct size was not in stock but I was give a store credit, since they Do Not do redunds. Overall, pleasant and helpful experience. Definitely going to be a returning customer

I purchased a vaporizer from here and after the 3 months were up it failed so we took it back to see if a new battery would solve the problem. The gentleman there took the unit and put a new battery in and said he checked it and that was all it needed so we paid the $19 plus money and left with it. He told us all the new battery would need was a charge. When we got home it was still not working right so we took it back. We hoped to get our money back since the issue wasn't the battery but all he said was no refund once it leaves the store. They were very happy to sell us the unit but not very supportive when the product fails. I am very disappointed with the service here and don't plan on returning any time soon.

If you're looking for a vaporizer and want guidance, this is NOT the place! I asked if Chelsea could tell me anything useful about anything? No. She pointed to a random one at the top of the page in the book and said that would be a good beginner one. "Okay I like it, I'll take it." She looked behind the counter and doesnt even have it. She flipped back a page and chose the top one on that page and said that would be a good one as well. Didnt say anything else about the product. I read the label next to it and figured whatever, cant be too bad if someone working here is recommending it. I got home to open and try it only to feel super frustrated and annoyed. The product I ended up with is terrible, burns my bud horribly and I feel so ripped off. Get better associates that know what they're talking about and want to actually HELP customers!
