This has been my go-to store for a few years now. There's always a great selection and very friendly and welcoming staff. Each time I go in I'm greeted and welcomed like family. A few weeks ago, I called the store because my vape was malfunctioning and refusing to fire. They took a look at it and determined that the leaking I was experiencing on some occasions likely shorted out the connection and they hooked me up with a new kit. Not long after, I went through two packs of coils within two weeks because they were burning out quickly. Although they didn't carry the coils for the new vape and were unable to order the specific coils that came with the kit, we looked up compatible coils and they ordered in a different kind of coil for me to try. I've tried these coils once before on a previous model of the vape I have and they worked really well so I'm hopeful they'll work with this one. When I picked up the coils today, they offered to order me in some more and said to just call in when I'm needing them and they'll get them in for me. This store offers one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

They have an amazing selection here, with great prices aswell. I love the comfy seating area and the atmosphere in general. Great place to shop at for all of you're vaping needs. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry, and eager to assist if you have any questions or need any further information before deciding on you're purchase. By far the best vape shop in town. By far. Staff are always very friendly and very helpful. Super comfortable shopping at this location. The staff spend the time with you and are very knowledgeable. They also have a point system so your purchases go towards your account for stuff.

I don’t normally give reviews on Google but I needed to! I bought a new vape 2 weeks ago after complaining to the staff about my past ones (not purchased here) and I spent easily 30 minutes learning and taking my time before choosing another one! Now two weeks later, it was malfunctioning so I brought it back asking for help. Simon and Zach are AMAZING. So helpful, so friendly, not pushy, patient, personable, knowledgeable. I gladly spent another 30 minutes with these guys! They fixed it for me and let me test before leaving. I am very impressed and very appreciative. They went above and beyond what I asked for.
