i love love love this story. all the staff are friendly and amazing. especially the korean girl (not sure of her name. only mentioning she's korean because we both are and she left for like a month over the summer to go back and visit so we'd gab about that) and the one guy with the pony tail. and of course the store owner and his wife. i almost always get mango pineapple ice z pods. i probably go through 10 packs a month, and the store owner told me he'd start ordering extra for me (since they run out sometimes). i cannot recommend this store enough. i live pretty far away and drive a good 20-30 mins to make the trip out to this store. i love it and the people who work there really make it what it is!

Literally the best place ever . I had ordered a vape and called them to confirm and Ryan told me it was on its way . I called him back saying iff to didn’t arrive yet and he called the driver and called me back with an updated time! SHOUT OUT TO RYAN ! Thank you so much bro .

I love this place, have been going to it back when they had their grandma making kimchi, it was so good. Staff are friendly and super helpful .

Hoon was very helpful and gave a good deal. The store has a nice ambience and Hoon is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. All you got to do is just call or visit and let him know what you looking for. A cute dog there to pet and got a free slice of banana cake too :) thank you

This shop is a regular stop for me since moving back to the city. I bought a vape here & loved it so much that I ended up upgrading it a few months later. Awesome selection of vape-juice, (the store smells amazing as soon as you walk in & you can sample just about every flavour at the 'juice bar',) glass pipes, bongs, papers, incense sticks & more!.. Probably the best selection of incense sticks I've seen in Ottawa and he even ordered some super fancy Wild Berry incense sticks!! (Nicest incense sticks I've ever used.) 😍 The prices are amazing and the customer service is friendly, super helpful & just top notch in every sense. It's the cheapest and most pleasant way I've ever gotten off cigarettes and I definitely recommend anyone who's having difficulty quitting or with nicotine replacement therapy to go in and chat with the owner-- I smell better, breath better, feel better and have been saving lots of money since I did!
