By far the worst vape store in peterborough guy behind the counter is completely rude and unfair, my van was broken into last night and everything got stolen including my I.D went to this store to buy a vape he asked for my i.d I told him what had happened and he declined me so I offered for him to see a picture of it and yet again he declined so I asked him if there was any other options and he was very disrespectful about it i even offered if I send somebody in with ther I.d on them if they could purchase it they said yes then I sent that person in and they declined him so not only are they disrespectful but also liars. "But yet you send a underage kid in thats looks old enough they get served" I'm a 20 year old that is old enough and can be a customer but no I found my daily store and its definitely not here" "Went somewhere else they had asked fore I.d I told them what happened and they gave me a couple options which included a picture of my i.d" Thanks so much for a waste of time MOJO vapes never going there again!

Will never go anywhere else. This guy is great. Customer service at most vape stores is terrible. This guy is awesome. Treated very well when I had a problem with my vape. Lowest prices too. I highly recommend them. And no, he's not a friend!

I went to store today and the girl representative there was very rude I felt.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Their house juices are delightful, I can't live without Flossy. It's rad that they have a rewards program, but even if they didn't, they'd still be my go to.

The store had a decent layout. You couldn't smell any of the flavours on sale so I was disappointed about that. There were no devices to use to test juices, which was also disappointing. The young man working wasn't very friendly I found. I felt like he had a bit of an attitude which rubbed me the wrong way. They seemed to have a nice selection of things but being a first time customer to this establishment, I felt I didn't get the warm experience I've had at competitors stores. Overall, the store was okay, like I said, decent selection of juices and devices. Prices were competitive. Not a ton of parking but accessible when I went. Store was clean and organized. Would've received a higher star rating if not for that lacking in customer service skills.
