The young lady who assisted me today in my purchase went out of her way to assist my needs. I got exactly what I needed, and made an extra purchase as she was so helpful and patient with me. I will definitely come back, and encourage others to shop here.

I don't vape, but because my son works full time, I'm often sent to get his vape supplies from this location. This store does have a large stock on hand, but I found that the service is really hit or miss. There are a couple of employees who are really good and knowledgeable and there are some not so good or knowledgeable. Last time there, I needed a popular Smok vape. When I asked for it, the girl couldn't find it and couldn't seem to know if they could get it. She asked another man who told me that the Smok vape I wanted was discontinued. He seemed.... unconvincing. I went to my car and looked up the particular vape online. Not only was it not discontinued, but was Smok's best selling vape according to Smok online. I did a global search to see if there was any truth to the Smok vape being discontinued, but found absolutely nothing anywhere. I do have to give the store credit for being clean, having a good selection and competitive prices. I just wish they could dial in their customer service.

The most apathetic people I have ever dealt with. No care to serve customers, or to make money for their store. Take your business to someone who will value you as a customer. Crazy how they get reviewed badly, and then all of a sudden there's a whole batch of new five star reviews from brand new accounts with only one review on them.... little fishey..

The workers are always super friendly and able to tell me a bunch about any products they have and have great recommendations—I never have to wait long either which is awesome
