5 star experience everytime. These people sure know their brands, flavors, what works for what set up, and how to make sure you leave with a smile. My usual gal Sam wasn't in today so a wonderful woman helped me with my atomizer that was stuck. This is my go to place even with all the other options in town. Awesome staff

I was a fairly loyal customer of this place until I forgot my wallet with my ID and decided to stop in. I'm 38 years old, very obviously not under 19 and they refused to serve me and had me leave the store. I would completely understand if there was a question of my being underage but there wasn't, and the attitude was a shrug and 'sorry there's nothing we can do unless you have ID' like it's somehow out of their hands because they have a store policy to check ID's if the person appears under 35 (as I was informed they do). Of course they have the discretion to serve someone who is clearly not underage, I very rarely get ID'd anywhere anymore and this struck me as completely ridiculous. So I am taking my business up the street to Dolan's - they have a better selection anyway. And it turned out I had ID in my bag the whole time... so frustrating. Terrible customer service!

Had a great experience at this shop John was amazing at helping my friend and I and is so friendly so sad to hear he is no longer there !
