This place isn't the same as the rest of the area and trust me I hit this whole area we travel from upstate ny to Philadelphia area and I tell you what I have never been to a vape shop that cares more about there customers they know the answer to every question you ask and they know your schedule better than you do sometimes they try there best to keep the stuff you want in stock they usually save us some before they sell out because they know we will be in sooner or later

There service is terrible. I bought a pack of coils from them. They sold me the wrong size. But they would not back up there mistake and replace the pack for free. The guy working the counter told me that "maybe I could use them in a future unit". Oh well they lost a customer over a 50 cent item to them. Just so you know. The second pack of coils (that I should not have had to pay for) was also the wrong kind. I have paid now for 2 wrong packs. If you want to do this for a living, and be good at it. You would make this right! But instead all you do is apologize and do nothing.

Had a disposable pen go nutso and keep firing until it burnt itself and they replaced it no problem :) Very nice guy running it

*if you are shopping around read this first!* SO underrated! This shop and their employees are amazing and some pretty great deals! We went in with something in mind and the guy at the front desk helping actually made a recommendation and man he was right! Went for a whole different unit. My partner has never vaped (well, nicotine lol) but we both smoke about 10-15 cigarettes a day. He handled me and my pickiness so well that I decided to buy another vape from him for my partner. We were so back and forth about flavours that I was worried he would get upset but he genuinely helped us. Aiden was the guy that helped us and I’m so thankful for him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
