Very good location, very nice setup inside the workers are always Pleasant and very knowledgeable and helpful! I haven't been there in a while but I'll have to go back and check it out looking forward to it, I wish they had a loyalty program or some type of discount offer for returning customers

gunna have to give it 2 stars because there is always some kind of issue whenever I go. Sometimes the debit/credit machine doesn't work forcing me to go use a cash machine with a surcharge. Quite often they will be out of stock of the product I am looking for and I have to get an alternative that I don't want or get nothing at all. Another time I went in to buy a new vape and the salesman said that the vape I wanted didn't come with a charger. He said I needed to get one separately. When I got home with the vape I found out the vape does indeed have a built-in charger and I paid $60 for something I will never use. On a positive side, the store is usually presentable and there is not much of a wait time.

I've been going to juice on the loose for a while now, and the customer service is great. Some of the staff remembers me from previous visits and are friendly and bring up conversation. I would give it a better rating if it was in a better location. Sometimes, turning into the parking lot could be a bit of a hassle during traffic.

I would have to say ... that customer service is great... except for Demien. Never a great experience when he is working. He doesn't seem like he wants to be there. Not friendly at all, when purchasing pods he now said that he is putting a limit on certain stlth pods because people are buying to many of the same kind. He was complaining about doing an order and the next day certain pods where almost gone. Isn't this a good thing that they are selling. And if you notice that a certain type brand flavor is selling more ... order more. Now with the loyalty program isn't it up to the workers to ask for phone numbers. Never does he ask ! I I never have any problems with any of the other staff.
