Fat Panda Vape Shop 1100 Memorial Ave #3

Definitely not a good experience at this institution!! Made me feel like a criminal when I bought a vape for my daughter who is 26!!! Requesting ID when they've never asked before. Kicked her out of the store!! If you're gonna had rules then ensure they r in place all of the time so people come prepared. Who runs this store anyway?!

I visited this store on two different occasions, first Katelin and Kyler were helpful and deciding a brand. Second time Adam rwlly made it easy to choose the one that best suited my needs. Polite staff and good range, would come again

It’s clearly stated that it is your “upmost importance” to keep vaping products out of the hands of youth, however, this is the first time i’ve been carded. Something seems off to me if it was something so important to you! Also, I am of age which means what happened today was not illegal. No, what I had commented beforehand was not deleted due to not liking your response. I was unsure how to edit my comment :) Also, I went to Red River location the next day and was not carded. Obviously your rules are set in place firmly. Take care.

I've reviewed it once and I'll review it again, the employees here are nothing but helpful and polite, they make me feel at home while purchasing my products, their feedback and expertise is amazing and I couldn't ask for better service. Even when it's new faces, new workers, they all treat me like a friend, always a smile on their face and willing to provide the best service. I'd like to give props to the manager for hiring amazing employees and holding the store down. No Fat Panda does it like the Memorial location. Appreciate the amazing service! To add, I just seen a review about people buying for minors in this shop, while they are outside, I've seen the ministry waiting for to catch perpetrators outside plenty, the store does their best, but they can't exactly catch everything, they are trying their best and that's what counts in my opinion. Great store!
