Shefield Express 1000 Fort William Rd

The girl working at the store is very rude. Me and my friend went to the shop to buy tickets and was ready to show our ID. But the clerk was unnecessarily rude to us. I have visited the store before and the guy working at store was nice to me. Would never go back when she is working there. Bad service.

Don't buy cigars here. Decent selection of non-cubans, but there "humidity controlled" cigar cabinet is anything but. The cigars are dry as a bone. Takes 3 weeks in a proper humidor to get them back to proper humidification

I brought in a lottomax ticket to be scanned at the Shefield Express located inside Intercity Shopping Centre in Thunder Bay, and after I used the manual scanner to check my ticket myself, I asked the staff member to scan the ticket again just to double check. She rudely said that if it says no then it means no. I asked if it would be okay if she just double checked? She asked me why I had such an attitude and if I like wasting paper? I’m not too sure why I was made to feel like a criminal for asking the staff member to scan my lottery ticket just to be sure, but I’m sure that I’m not the only person who double checks, and I’m positive that I wasn’t wasting paper or anyone’s time for my 3 second interaction.

I work at the mall so I love the fact that they have a Sheffield Express here so I can just run over grab candies and pop I have a big fan of the kickstarter's God I have my orange flavor and chocolate covered raisins because everytime I hear that there's a big jackpot for the lottery I like that I can just get my ticket there

Rude lady clerk around 3:00 pm February 12,2020 ... sorry im not a professional lotto ticket buyer whos been playing for 40 years . Wont be back
