Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was great at answering all my questions, as I'm new to it. He was polite and patient and offered advice and recommendations. This will be where I go from now on, as I've tried six stores in the city and this one is by far the best overall experience. Highly recommend. Oh and I was asked for my I.d. prior to service, which was really nice to see and also a huge compliment to me haha

I have been to several of the cannabis stores in the North Bay Area and Fire and Flower is starting to become my favourite one to buy from. They have very neat and clear displays and the staff is wonderful. I was also asked for ID on my way in which is great to see. These guys are making the cannabis industry look truly legit.

Overpriced products, staff are unknowledgeable and unhelpful; often suggesting blatantly bad choices. I couldn't help but overhear them up charging the same exact mediocre bud to a handful of folks, absolutely shameful. Selection is extremely limited, has been practically the same for the last two years; loads of old bud being sold, no surprise it taste so stale.

I love fire and flower! No other store compares to this. It's large and open, bright and clean. The staff are well versed in the strains and products. Please don't close like other stores!

I was in there yesterday leaving to come back to Timmins. Both of the guys there were so friendly and they really made it a great experience. Thanks guys!
