Juice On The Loose ON P1B 2T8

This is my go to store for all my vaping needs. They have the best staff that are super friendly and actually show they care about your needs and any questions. Only once did I have anything misfortune but they helped clear everything up and exchange my bad batch of juice for a new bottle with no hassles. Maybe opening at 10 am isn't the most convenient but I'm not going to complain with a experience I enjoy. Other stores just don't seem to have the same atmosphere this place does, a very pleasant transaction every time.

Love this place! Super nice staff! Lady tried to come in with her kid and was politely told that she can't come in with her kid by law. Manager politely tried to explain he can't serve her with a kid. Held other customers up but gentleman was polite and apologized even though not his fault.

I completely get regulations and not being allowed to have children in the store. But when it's 30+ out, no parking outfront and the store being location downtown in a rough area, it's a little ridiculous to expect a 6 year old to stand outside by herself. Especially since i knew what i needed and before i was even helped served i was almost refused service for saying ill stand with the door open with her and wasnt comfortable wirh her being outside alone. Telling me i cant afford the file while forcing my child to stand outside is pretty much saying a fine is more of a worry then a 6 year old girls safetyy. The amount of time that was wasted bickering with me is time you come have simply served me so I could be on my way. If there was even one case of someone being fined I could understand, but only time a shop gets fined is when they SELL to minors. Definitely will not ever return here due to ignorant teens running the show and arguing instead of just getting me in and put of there as fast as possible.

I no longer go to any other vape product store in North Bay. The employees are beyond nice they're awesome. They're attentive, know their products and they always make you feel like a long lost friend and they're so happy to see you again. Anyone looking for great variety in juice, mods and all other products juice on the lose is the place to go. Also I've never had any difficulties with parking give a try once and I guarantee you won't go anywhere else.
