Horrible experience. The stock avail is good however the service and courtesy or lack of is flagrant. If you want to be taken advantage where there is no customer support that place is for you. Customers are not ATM.

Make sure you double and triple check anything because they will not let you exchange anything that has manufacture defects brought bong home, noticed bowl area was broken, returned to store and they argue the fact that I should have payed more attention and noticed micro fractures.... "can't do anything about it" completely asinine. will NEVER shop there again.

Have bought atleast 10 to 15 glass bongs from here. We had a problem with a bowl that wasn't made correctly. The inside hole was too small. Comparing to all our other bowls this one was incorrectly made. Even with our regular visits to this store they said they can't do anything over a 10$ bowl... screwing someone over on 10$ is something I'd happily post a review about. That is low but here's a picture and a garentee we won't buy glass from here as we buy 150$+ bongs something this small and simple now results in loss of income for this store.

Good store good customer service. I would like if the website would be back up so I can look at the pieces that are available before I go the store
