Was hassled by some bullies outside cause I'm not from Nipissing First Nations...
The worst customer service I have experienced… the owner is very rude !!! I asked a question about where an item was located in his store and he told me he’s not here to locate items.. he’s just there to sell them!!! I wish him luck trying to Keep his business going 🤦♀️🤦♀️
Terrible customer service and extremely rude to customers. Purchased something that didn’t work and when I went back in to exchange I was told to bad he doesn’t care and I’m not getting a new one whether it works or not. I then asked what kind of customer service that was to be told NONE!! Then when I told him he lost my business he very rudely said I don’t care. I suggest you go the the smoke shop beside this one they are very friendly and have better prices!
Opens earlier than other stores, they also have a good variety of cigars at a good price
Very pleasant Lady greeted me with a smile at the Drive Thru window because of virus. Her joyful and pleasant customer service made my day much brighter. They say a smile is contagious. I was there Friday the 27th around 7:40 am.
