Well it seems like my last 1 star review has been taken down from quite a while back I was actually going to change it to a 5 star today because the last time I went in the service was absolutely terrible. Went in to talk about quitting smoking cigarettes and got treated very poorly but it’s ok. Let me tell you I decided to go back to give them another shot because I really want to quit smoking cigarettes. And this time around the service was top notch. Tamara was great to deal with and respected my needs. But to really top it all of the owner was there and that man knows his product and cares for his clients. He is very knowledgeable and informative. I really hope that my journey to quite smoking cigarettes along with hopefully maybe vaping happens. The owner really hopes my journey is successful even I don’t vape anymore. Thanks again for your help,time and knowledge. I will return in the near future

I was burnt for my money bc they sold me a vape that burnt my hands and was a piece of garbage and I didn't want to go out of my way 12 miles..sure they would refund me but I would have to take 2 extra hours on the bus to get there..like I make 21 a hour so..buyer Beware.. if you don't want to go back make them check it in store. I am saying that Wild did try to do exactly what is right. I am not stating that they did not..I didn't know that the product was not their product. I don't think of that ..I just wanted a vape..in and out..but anyway it sucks not to be able to use the product..I mean doesn't it become a retailers responsibility to back up what they sell..and they tried to give me a refund..when I am giving one star I am judging the product mostly..as for service they were great but that particular product was not..

My first visit today and was impressed by the selection, the service, and the entire store. Very friendly and helpful. Will be making this my main vape shop from now on.

They are my go to vape shop. I live about an hour away but go to north bay often. She didn't have the tank I was looking for but she did check with her supplier and ordered it for me! Great service cool group and go outta their way to satisfy your needs! Great job guys!
