really unimpressed with customer service… bought a brand new disposable and it stopped working the same night, the guy was extremely rude about it too. not coming back. i’ve never had this problem anywhere else, go to I&A or VapeRite (also cheaper at these places)

If you are into disposable pod systems or just pod systems in general, this is a great spot with a good variety! However, if you are interested in just eliquids for refillable vapes such as the Smok branded devices, my best advice is go elsewhere. Their selection is small, so unless they have the flavor you usually would get, you are kinda out of luck. I don't drive and walking can be challenging for me at times, so the fact that this is rather close to where I live was a plus. With covid going on, I often order my vape products online - but it's an honest drag because they don't deliver to your door as of late. So I decided to hop in with my boyfriend to check out this place, and as stated above, if you are a pod smoker, it's heaven. The lady who served us with kind but she was rather pushy to get us in and out. I asked to see what menthol flavors they had, and she bent down and inspected each and every one, only looking quickly at the names. Only 1. That's fine, however It was pretty clear she didn't really know what she was looking for besides 'menthol'. With most brands they have a name for a flavor, like raspberry, strawberry or something along the lines of that, but if you read the description, it will usually say, strawberry but with an icy finish and what not. I then asked what level of nicotine they had for their e liquids and she didn't really know again. Just for everyone's convince - they have between 0 - 6 if anyone heads in here for regular e-liquids. For salt nic's, they have higher, and a much larger range. Not sure on their pods though, since I don't use them. (I have a Smok RPM 2 device) TL;DR All in all, if you are an avid vaper and just need to pick up a hold over before you get your regular flavors, or need some new coils and pods, this place is fine. If you are a disposable vape fan, this place is fantastic. They had so many - and if I used those I would be more then happy. If you are looking for advice though on what flavors they carry and what would be best suited for you, I would go elsewhere.

Out of every vape shop in Windsor, this is the best for disposable vapes.

They literally charge double the price for certain coils. Don’t waste your time and money.
