Shop is open 24 hours. I went pretty late at night. Had no troubles getting what I needed. Employee's Are Hospitable & Pretty Much One Stop Shopping, depending on your needs. Definitely Recommend!!

My one stop shop for the vapes. They have got all the major brands like Breeze, Genies, Envi, Elfbar, Beast and so on plus the prices are so competitive than other neighborhood stores. Moreover, the store is open 24x7. 5/5 from my side.

After 12hr frontline shift, I just wanted to chill, read and vape. On the way home I hit up Hot-spot, I waited in the rain with another customer after ringing the doorbell (doors are kept locked).. after 2-3 min and soaked, the other lady went into the Esso gas station to let them know they had ppl waiting at vape shop. I purchase a "Haunted" vape. (Made in Windsor) Drove home (did I mention I was soaked from having to wait in the rain).... I took 4 puffs and the vape runs out. $22.59 for 4 puffs. I head back over to Hot-spot, I always go there as its 7min from my house. Im sure there is a no return policy, but was hoping they'd at least give me a discount on another one. AGAIN, there is a wait for them to open door after I ring the bell, this time I head back to car. Another customer rang bell... and waited, yep, about 3 minutes. I was glad it was the same dude working though because for sure he'd give me a discount as I was there 22minutes earlier. NOPE, he didnt even say anything when I told him about the vape, he just rang up the new Breeze vape .. the other customer piped up tho and said "you're not just going to exchange that for her, every other vape shop would".. I was so digusted, made the fkn purchase and went home..just waaaay to tired after a long work day. Now, all I could do to alleviate this mood is to leave an honest negative review. $22.59 + $18.07 for 1 vape.. along with wet hair and a soaked jacket. I will find another vape shop for my friends and I to support... these people don't care so we will all just take our cash elsewhere. Smfh.

I recommend everyone who vapes, please do visit the HOTSPOT as they have a lot of variety in vapes moreover the staff is really helpfull. I am pretty sure you will receive many great brands of your choice at this place! It is awesome

Giving a 5 star because the last reviewer seemed like they just wanted to cause bad business when in fact everything that customer did was moronic… this place has always had what i needed, as i get the major brand vapes and not ghetto windsor made brands.. reasonable prices here too.. if the door is locked use your common sense and walk into the gas station part to let them know !
