Cold service, gentleman not very smiling, asks for information, stupid response. And then I just noticed that a lot of flavor filters don't work well with my electronic cigarettes that I had just bought. The seller told me that it worked with this electronic cigarette... but no, it doesn't work well, just 1 out of 6 boxes of good flavors that worked with the electronic cigarette because this one was the right kind for the electronic cigarette I will contact them for exchanges of flavor filter boxes... I hope it will be accepted!

My son has just bought three disposable electronic vapes from them, out of three there are two out of three that don't work. We call for an exchange, he tells us that if we don't have an invoice he can't do anything. But he was the one who didn't hand in the bill, it was barely 15 minutes who went and he paid by debit card, he has the proof in his account. Really very annoying. Very poor management. We will not return to this store again.
