I would give 0 stars if I could. They send me a defective device and getting it resolved is taking weeks now and are not willing to with me. They are wanting me to ship the new defective device back and then have no device in the mean time while they determine the issue and additionally their email support team is dragging their feed on responding. I tried calling today to follow up and she mentioned the warranty and customer support teams are the owners and they do not talk to customers and she was not willing to get them to follow up. The lady I spoke to was very rude and had a very disrespectful tone with me.  She raised her voice at me a couple of times and used a condescending tone.  When I asked for her name for a follow up she did not want to provide it and proceeded to raise her voice again and then hung up on me. Is this how your company handles its customer service? I don't appreciate the delay in getting this resolved and the hoops I have to jump through to get this fixed. Beware of doing business with this company.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now, basically on a monthly basis. Everyone who works here has always been so helpful, kind and patient. Their renovations are also coming along so beautifully. They have a great variety and prices are way better than many other stores I’ve been to. Thank you especially to josh for the recommendations and help! 10/10

i tried the same day delivery. However, my expectation turns to disappointment as it a marketing gimmick my order didn't arrive. Called the phone on the webpage they told me to send an email didn't receive any response from there customer service. Overall, the experience with delivery service was extremely disappointing. I won't be ordering from them delivery again.

Customer service is excellent if you’re not sure what to get, just simply ask and they’ll gladly help you out. Great people. My friends and I, it’s our go to place to buy vape and other stuff. They have it all.

Big fan of canvape, been loyal for years. But I've come to realize that their juice descriptions combined with them never having open bottles to smell, means they're responsible for more unused bottles than anywhere else. Paying $60 for juice that I immediately dislike has caught up to me. Their descriptions "a pastry treat with hint of cinnamon" is never accurate and half the descriptions are exactly that. Can't do it anymore. This is easy stuff for them to fix.
