Do not respect their opening hours. I stopped by on Friday the 13th at 6 p.m. and although the timetable displayed on the door said that they closed at 8 p.m. on Friday, the clerk informed me that they were closed. Incredibly unprofessional. I will shop elsewhere.

Very poor customer service. I bought 2 e-cigarettes which don't work, don't explain that it has a warranty, the staff don't know their products. Absolutely do not recommend. Only bad experiences every time we visit them. -1000 ⭐

Music too loud in store, and when answering the phone the music is also waiting in the background. Bad service that I had when going to the store, not only if you don't like it or you were poorly advised in the store for a vaping liquid you cannot get a refund or exchange it. I'm stuck with a $20 bottle of vape at home, wasting it. I will never be able to go to this store I don't recommend it at all but rather the one on Henry Bourassa near the video club
