Shipping Policy & Your Order Status:
Vapers who never ordered Vapes Online in Canada have maybe questions about their order status. We’re informing you about some helpful information to understand better, where your order is and where you can check it. We always keep you updated: From the first order until you receive your package with the Vapes and E-Liquids, the status of your order will change a lot of times as we work to deliver your vapes and supplies to you as quick as possible. Here are all the stages your orders on Vapery goes through:
Step 1 Pending: When you place your order, it will be in a “Pending” status. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll get a notification.
Step 2 Processing: Now your Order is in a processing status, your payment has already been received and your order is being picked, packed and now prepared for shipping. This Step usually takes less than one business day. If we recieve the payment before 12PM it will be sent on the same day. Once your order is ready to ship, your order will change to…
Step3 Shipped: Now your order is labeled and received by Canada Post, your order status will change to shipped. After a few hours your status had changed to shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Canada Post which includes your tracking number and a link to the Canada Post page where you can track your shipment until you have received it.
Canadapost basic insurance only covers up to $100 in lost, missing, stolen parcels. PLEASE PURCHASE ROUTE insurance if you require more than $100 coverage for your order.
There are no delivery guarantees or refunds for shipping as Canadapost has suspended the refund program during the first wave of COVID. Insurance is provided on your package in the rare event it is not delivered.If you start your own investigation with Canadapost we cannot help you until it is closed! Please contact us with any shipping issues so we are able to start the investigation, receive updates and follow through with it.

Attention: If the address is not complete the order will be canceled and you will be refunded for the order less associated shipping charges. Please when placing an order enter the full and complete address so your order will ship to you without an issue or delay. DO NOT FORGET APARTMENT OR UNIT NUMBERS.
We do not allow our customers to order products that are out of stock, we have no control over wholesale production and import times.
Missing/ Lost Package:
If you have a missing or lost package please email [email protected] If the customer starts an investigation with Canada Post it could cause the investigation to take twice as long.
Canada Post has started to charge for return shipping on incorrectly addressed parcels, return to sender packages or any package that is returned to us. So we will now have to charge our customers for any errors that would cause a package to be returned to us where a customer has supplied the error in the information that they have provided.
Laws and Canada Post Protocols
*All orders will Require you to Sign and Show ID For Proof of 19yrs of Age. ID must match the order Information. Failure to show ID or Sign will have the package returned to us causing a return shipping cost. This fee will be passed on to the customer. Before any refunds are given.
*Above shipping time frames are Canada Post estimates provided by Canada Post if you are in a “remote” location as defined by Canadapost additional time may be added to the above estimates.
**If your order is extremely large in volume or weight and or wholesale or special discount coupons are used we reserve the right to ship expedited. 5% and 10% discounts do not affect normal shipping policy
Damaged or missing Product.
We allow up to 48hrs to make a claim for missing or damaged product after your package is delivered. After 48hrs we can no long accept claims for missing or damaged product. Please check your orders after you receive them for accuracy and proper function.
Out of stock/Stock Error’s
We will email customers if a product that is out of stock due to a stocking error for them to change their order. If there is no reply within 48hrs after sending to the email associated with the customers account. The customer will be refunded the cost of the item and the rest of the order will be sent with out the missing item(s).
Canada Post Investigations And Claims:
If an investigation has to be started with Canada Post, it takes time for them to investigate a missing or lost package. Please cooperate with Canada Post in their investigation, failure to do so will result in them cancelling the investigation and denying the claim. This too may apply in the event of a claim being submitted for damage to a product, as coverage requires a similar process to achieve.
