I meant to post this review a few weeks ago but I forgot so here we go! Jacqueline is an amazing manager! She gives off such a positive vibe and is so fun to talk too! She is very helpful as she knows a lot about the products which helps a lot! She is also very kind and patient! I wish every other stores had managers/employees like Jacqueline because she is very approachable, helpful and gives off positive energy! :)

Jacqueline is a rare gem. I don't write reviews very often but she goes above and beyond everytime. She remembers names, orders, and gives you suggestions and tips that can only come from a combination of good product knowledge and genuine desire to know her customers and to help them. Definitely not something you see everyday and it's very much appreciated!

Never thought I’d find myself rating a vape shop but— the staff here are unreal. Not that I’ve met a bad one they’re all stellar but the younger girl with the red hair ( manager? ) deserves some mega props. Always friendly and chatty, knows her products. Professional and courteous. Hard to find behind a counter these days. If you’re the owner reading this- give her all the raises.
