2 hours after I bought a little disposable vape it started misfiring and continuing to burn after taking it away from my mouth. Literally had to blow in it to make it stop. Tried swapping it out the same day and they told me there was "nothing they could do". Having a store sell you something that's broken and potentially dangerous and refusing to exchange it is a giant red flag. Don't shop here.

I have dropped into the store a couple of times and the staff have always been amazing! However, I normally use their delivery service and they are super accurate and very fast. They notify you as the order progresses. They are always helpful with my questions and have by far the best selection! Good job!

Horrible customer service. Only vape shop close, go once every two weeks and they always seem annoyed to help. Scoff or eye rolls when I ask for more than one product. Extremely nice to my husband when I sent him in instead though. Had to go to another shop to get someone to explain how to use the products I purchased.
