Cool Vape 1935 37 Street SW #100

My husband and I bought juice yesterday, and the girl at the counter first mixed up the nicotine content, gave 20 mg instead of 5 mg, then replaced it, but at home it turned out that she did not close the juice well, and it completely spilled when my husband tried to refill the cartridge, I understand , that we were the last customers yesterday, but that doesn't change the fact that it should be normal service.

Love this store, been coming for over 5 years. Great service and people everytime. Recently my OG voopoo died after 8 years and the wonderful girl at the store picked me out a perfect replacement (which I was wary of). Perfect product for me. Thanks for all your help and great service over the years!

Cool vape is pretty awesome lots and lots of options and products. I only ordered ones online and I’m happy with my order. My only complaint is that they use Canada post for local delivery so you have to wait a few days.. not a big deal per say but I was out of everything and ordered delivery thinking it be a local or in house delivery. So just something to keep in mind.
