One Stop Vape Shop 6100 Macleod Trail SW #254

Arrived at 10:30 am when the website and front door says open at 10 am . Doors locked . No one answering . Maybe you guys should put your correct information online and on the door about your operation hours . Drove way out of my way to stop here . Very disappointed.

Been in this store 3 times. Blonde lady is entirely miserable. Wants nothing to do with questions. Hell she wants nothing to do with the place at all. Asks you not to stand on the floor so she won’t have to mop. Argues with customers. Her most informative answer is “I don’t even know, honestly” No exaggeration, she encouraged me to shop elsewhere, so I will be, until someone interested in actually providing good customer service works there. I’ll take my business to “one of the other small vape businesses” that all are consistently 15-25% cheaper. I should not be treated as an inconvenience for spending money at a business. High prices, bad service? No customer. Pro tip: she’s bad for business let her go. PS, I went to another store and ended up buying an entire new setup. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Just please, go elsewhere.

One star service, other than that... they don't have a great selection, but if you want disposables, they have *some* (their shelves emptiness suggests their halfway out of buisness) I'll attest to what everyone has said in these reviews about the customer service. Idk if it's the same "blonde" but yeah, that attitude or lack of interest is very off putting. Wven on a human level, and buddy in there with her didn't even acknowledge me when i greeted and said goodbye to both of them. Vape shops are one of the most relaxed places you can go. This place seems to be open simply because vape ships are an affordable business to own and require minimal passion, or knowledge.

Just want give a big shout out to Alaska at the Chinook location... I've been coming here for years now, from the day I quit smoking cigarettes... today I had gone in to get my regular juice... I had no idea that the prices jumped so high (f#$@ing government) I am in between pays and I was short 2 bucks... I was totally embarrassed, but she helped me out with the 2 bucks... I promise to be back on Monday or Tuesday depending on what time I get off work! Thanks again Alaska! This meant the world to me! Great Job!

I moved close to this shop recently and previously was always going Vape Warehouse/gas stations and ordering online, but the customer service and kindness I received (Outside of the quality products at great/competitive pricing) was absolutely top notch, the ladies working the front have nothing but customer service with lots of joy and jokes, they know how to chat what with the customer instead of treating you like a dollar sign, whole vibe of the shop is relaxed, you're not rushed or pushed out, it's easily wheelchair accessible, and have great hours of operation, safe to say I found my new go to vape shop.
