Really friendly staff. The man who works there helped me find a nic level that was right for me and I havent felt the need to smoke since. Its Nice to have a vape shop in thickwood too!

The staff are all incredibly well trained, almost like having a personal shopper. The store manager makes buying ANYTHING such a breeze. Their little furry mascot is also such a doll
