I never get as excited to walk into any store in town as I do stonecreek Northbound! The girls that work there make me feel like a real friend. They’re always smiling, and happy to help. Dez is definitely my favourite, next to Ashley, they are awesome!

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable with Cigars and vaping...their Cuban cigar prices are on the steep end but we can blame the government for that lol...it's a very clean store and with lot's of parking around the building. I'll be going back there for all my cigar and vaping needs!!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I have Bought several mods from here all of them having issues except the last which was a backup. ( Which I tried returning unused literally a few hours outside of their 24 hour return window) they refused to give me a few hours grace period. For previous issues with mods, When I contacted aegis geekvape about thier warranty Aegis directed me back to the retailer. This retailer directs me back to aegis. Other retailers have anywhere from a 30-90 day warranty window for defective mods ( Falls in In line with the the manufacturers warranty window) Furthermore Northbound smoke shop is selling thier coils for 150% more then the competion. Lastly, the lady who was trying to sell me coils, wasn't listening to what coils I wanted, kept grabbing my vape out of my hands, and I had to point her to the coils I needed at least 7 times. This is plain and simply, horrible service, while refusing to stand by thier product or be accountable in anyway. and eager to sell you something that you don't need, in which they will never return. RUN from this place. Their are many reputable dealers in the area and even more online who will stand behind thier product and service, and warranty all the while without gouging you.
