Store is beautiful and they have a HUGE selection of juices and vape pods to choose from. However... the girl working there doesnt seem like she cares at ALL. She didnt ask any questions about what nic strength I wanted or anything. Good thing the one she grabbed is what I wanted I guess. Most likely will find another place to purchase from where they actually care about their customers.

It's probably the best shop in GP but that's not always a beneficial thing for the customers. When I'm in town for oil field work, I've been by a few times for assorted items. Some of the prices are really good, juices are priced well, coils as well, but the mods and kits are jacked up a bit in price. Sometimes almost ridiculously . But because, like I said, the best shop around GP you as a customer hands are tied.

Had pretty awful customer service for being a regular customer today, im on my 4th Uwell device, this one was purchased on may 19th and died for no reason yesterday... June 4th... when i went into the store i was pretty surprised to learn they only have a 1 week return policy... the conversation became a little defensive with the owner and but then he said if i could find the receipt he would honor a return which i was happy with until i realized i literally never ask for receipts from this place... i went back in and the owner had left and it was just a blonde kid working there, i showed him the purchase total on my bank transactions that clearly showed mystic dragon vapes for the exact total of the device i got from may 19th and he just refused to help in any way shape or form. Ive worked retail in the past and know how easy it is to swap out a defective item to another box and send back to the supplier... so they choose not to help their customers out for the sake of not helping them out. awesome. I left the store super unhappy and wont be returning; i suggest everyone else do the same if they are looking for an establishment that stands by their products and respects their customers... especially since they see me in there all the time as a regular. brutal.
