Had a great experience! The young lady, Chloe who helped me out was extremely personable without overselling or being fake. She really took my needs and concerns serious. Trying to quit smoking and needed a GOOD subsistue. Found me a nice strong juice and reasonable machine, explaining the pros and cons to others simular. Didn't feel rushed even tho there was consistent business. Shop is nice and clean, good variety of products from machines, juices, non-rechargables. Excellent experience. Very content with purchases and services. Even tipped her with an oreo bubble drink from Tea Bliss, she has good manners too! Lol. Go there. September 11/23 Quick visit for an exchange that was MY mistake, once again great service AND 5 weeks today since I've had a smoke.😲😀🥳 September 12/23 Ironically my vape started having issues last night with the display, effortless exchange. I wish this company sold grocery and other necessities, I'd never go anywhere else. No hassle, just great customer service ever time!! Really appreciate it. ❤️

Brooklyn, one of the staff, is absolutely amazing. Best customer service I’ve had at any store in the city, super helpful and super kind. Anyone who goes in when she’s working can consider themselves lucky. Will be returning. Thanks again!

the guy and girl at the counter were super friendly and we got to talking. they know their stuff. will come back for the service alone, not to mention they have the best selection in town

This is the worst vape store I have ever been in my entire life. If u dont want to get ripped off or sold garbage DO NOT GO HERE. They do not stand behind any of the products they sell here. I bought a pack of pods, and some juice the same pods and juice I've been useing for a couple years and the first one I bought was makeing a horrable sound after I put it in so I called the girl at the store and told her what was going on and she is the apparent manager and all she said is she cant do nothing but credit me 3 dollars. What a joke. Every other store I've ever been to and had a problem they always go out of there way to help you. Not this store. They will Take your money and if theres a problem your beat. I decided to try another pod because some of them can be duds, I get it. Well the second one as soon as I hit the fire button just fizzed right out and starting smokeing. I was like omg. I called the so called manger back and she said there is nothing I can do for u but give u a couple more dollars. I asked her so u expect me to come buy more pods from u with a couple dollars credit that u gave me and u want me to come buy more pods from your store ? She said sure. I asked if she could exchange them cause there is definitely a defect and she said no. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Not only will i never go back there I will make sure to tell everyone i know about the experience I had here and how wonderfull there customer service is.

I was so impressed with the service and variety. The man at the counter gave me some very good recommendations. Will be coming back!
