Had an absolute terrible experience. Came in for a vaporesso as it’s my vape of choice. They charge over 50% more than the original vaporesso website, and all of the other vape stores I had been at in town. For reference it was $75 for this vape, where at other stores $35. Came back to return the vape, and had a terrible customer service experience. They said it was against their policy, but it is not posted anywhere, and was told by another person to return it at the other location. Went to the other location and had yet another terrible interaction with the staff there. Would very strongly reccomend staying away from this vape company if you don’t want to be screwed over

Terrible experience and terrible service. The first time I had gone in to replace my trusty caliburn and was shown the vapresso as an option and was told there wasn’t much difference. We’ll there was quite a difference with the pods burning out immediately. I looked online and this is a general problem with them. Since I couldn’t get the cartridges pretty much anywhere and the two it came with burnt out within a few days. (Not a huge vaper and my caliburn pods would last weeks) I thought I’d bring it back feeling mislead. Of course they wouldn’t take it back which is fine but what a terrible feeling and a terrible business. He continued to tell me I probably didn’t know how to prep the pod and told me he has never heard about the pods being an issue. Just today I went in for some Fruitbae juice and the guy rudely says everything is right there (they didn’t carry it). Last time I even attempt to support this joke of a business. With much better options in Lethbridge, go elsewhere. Also this is the Mart I’m talking about, not the shop on Magrath.

Andrew went above and beyond with his level of customer service! There was an issue with their online ordering system and instead of getting the kit I ordered, I received the mod only. Andrew did not hesitate with getting me a great tank in leu of not receiving the one I ordered ( due to safety changes) and did a fantastic job at making sure my husband and I were well taken care of! I will not only continue to be a loyal customer to one stop but I will let everyone I know who vapes to shop with them!

I came in super excited to buy a new vape to help me quit smoking cigarettes. But when I came in the worker wasn’t helping me with my questions. As a new vaper I don’t know a lot about it. So I just bought the same vape my friend has, when I was willing to buy a lot more expensive one. Glad I didn’t they are way over priced. And they don’t tell you the price of anything. He didn’t get me the coils, which I asked for so I thought it was a fair price. Nope it wasn’t.
