My fiance and I went there to look for a certain pod, he's from out of Canada and they let us in before while I was with him, but this time he went alone, with his Id, tried to buy a whole new pod system because we couldn't find any store that carried out specific pod, and the older guy said " We DoNt AcCePt OuT oF cOUntRy ID", when they literally took his ID while I was with him. Worst part is, they remember him and denied him service because he has a U.S ID. Horrible vape shop. Will be shutting them down.

Not too long ago me and me fiance (I'm from the us) went in there to get a caliburn v3 vape pod, he acknowledged I was from out of country after he looked at my ID and proceeded to sell ME and her a disposable, but then today I walked over there, no one in the store, I went in and asked for the same caliburn v3 vape pod and he says "bud you know that we don't got that come on" so then I said I would buy a new device since this one is hard to find, he then proceeded to look at my ID and say "we don't accept anyone from out of country, it's not that it's illegal just store policy". From the minute I walked in there he (older guy looked like the store owner) just had this snobby attitude, you are denying money and income to your business all because your miserable, maybe its time to get a new job

I got a vape device as a gift. Needed new cartridge or whatever and some more juice. Came to this store at 11:55 a.m. on a Sunday. They are supposed to open at 12:00. It is now almost 10 after 12:00 and there's nobody here.

Had a bad experience with the customer rep May 16 around 5pm ( middle to old age white man). He seemed disinterested when I was asking for suggestions and just overall not good customer service demeanour. I presented my permanent residence card which is one of the most formal forms of Canadian identification and he said it was not valid and I’d need to show another form of ID. Legitimately one of the most dense and ignorant convos I’ve had. Date of birth and all was there. Would not go back after this experience.

Never been in store before but I went in today to check it out, the man behind the counter (assuming he’s the owner) was extremely rude and didn’t seem to want me in the store. As the only customer in the store was leaving, he told me he was busy. Also, there is a very large space with couches but was told it’s not for customers. Almost no selection and the prices are high. Would NOT recommend.
