They are always very knowledgeable there and they're always very friendly. They always agree abou by your name and they have half the staff and they are twice as organized as the southside folder gorilla, no offense to them because I love them too. But I would do believe the North side flag could really help with some training at other different foggy gorillaz.

I've been buying products at this location for over 3 years now. Recently purchased a disposable device, after one puff off this device I couldn't stop coughing and had a horrible taste in my mouth like I was chewing aluminum foil. Went to see if I could return, but was told there was no warranty on disposable devices. Thank you for the great customer service after being a loyal customer for so many years. I'll be bringing my business else where!!!

My old lady and I bought two vapes the batteries didn't last a half a day so we returned the device and got replacements. They new mods we bought burned through coils in two days. Middle aged man was refusing to give me a refund as they were both faulty devises and was blame it on coils they recommend to us. We talked to other vape store and they agree that it was not normal for a mod to burn through the coils within two days running at proper wattage. He than spoke to his general manager and set person told him to give full refund or alongthose lines. The gentleman we dealt with was not pleasant, tried to agrue. Thank you to the general manager for the full refund on both devices. Very disappointed, will not be shopping there anymore.

The north location closed early on me. In fact, as soon as they see me pull up, I seen the young lady scurry across the floor and turn off the open sign and lock the door. After the fourth time I called them, she finally answered the phone, and pretending to be all polite, she says sorry foggy gorilla is closed now please call back tomorrow or stop in during opening hours. I said why would you guys close early when two customers just showed up at the door?....lol I said well, everyone's phone time is the same so it's generally smart to go buy that since that's the official time.... And then she laughs and says sorry but we are closed.... Just poor business practice and even worse customer service skills. I will be closing my account here tomorrow after I talk to the boss and just start going to the south location. One star, bad customer service
