The bigger guy is very.. very rude. I used to go here for vapes, but big boy behind the counter was extremely condescending towards me when i was 19 and a little smaller. He talked to me as if i havent been ripping darts since 2018 - mind you I am 22 and have been occasionally legally purchasing from this rip off of a store, Dynamite in downtown charges half the cost and at least they're friendly. Bud has very little peoples skills, I'd say they'll go broke in a year or two... but big head bob running this scum will pull something outta his bum to say im wrong :)

The "big guy" the very few negative reviews slam! I believe that is Rob(?). An absolute gem of a gentleman. He knows his stuff and goes above and beyond. The less than stellar seem to be because well he "called us out" things. Honestly I would 10 star.

The bigger guy is so rude I was parked out front and I accidentally spilled ice cream on the sidewalk I cleaned up some of it and I was getting some napkins in my truck and he comes out and I said sorry because I felt bad for spilling it and he’s like “maybe you should think before you do things now I’m gonna clean this up before my actual customers step in it” like I’m sorry that you didn’t even give me a chance to clean it up I was going to until you were so god damn rude just because I wasn’t a customer

Very welcoming, informative, and thorough when explaining a new product to me. Would absolutely recommend for any new user or anyone who is transitioning from cigarette smoking, as I am. Fantastic service, will absolutely return whenever I'm in St. Albert.

Store worker/owner? Bigger guy was very mean, always tried to say I was “booting” for people. He always seemed grumpy and wanted to start conflict with me. I asked a question about the ID scanner and he started to talk down on every other vape store,bar, restaurant by saying that they are frauds, will get fined as well as shut down. I do not recommend, unless you like conflict
