All the employees are not very well trained, few days back i called about arizer solo mouthpiece, a guy in morning told me they have three of them and when I collected information in evening another guy informed me that they don’t have it. Poor inventory management *DISAPPOINTED*

Amazing company to deal with! I ordered some pens, but it was out of stock, they reached out and informed me, and ask if I would like a change item ir refund. I decided to change it and they dellivered it the next day! Keep it guys! All support to you all! ❤

Not sure why it’s taking so long to ship out my order been about 4 days and no update about it being sent out for delivery yet. Ordered from them before and they messed up my order and didn’t even respond to my email.
