The customer service was exceptionally subpar. I purchased a juice from this store and informed them about my allergy to icy juices. Upon opening it, I noticed that it was icy. However, when I tried to exchange it the next day, they refused. This level of customer service is astonishing to me, considering that I have always been a loyal customer of their store.

There are two employees here in particular that keep me coming back: Payton and Zyon. Not only is their customer service second to none, their positive attitudes and genuine interest in the wellbeing of their customers are both refreshing and hard to find these days. We really need more people like them in the world.

Worst customer service experience for very loyal client!!! Was entering the shop with baby straller. ( dura lex sed lex - The law is hard, but the law) - and i am very much supporting the law to keep kids and teenagers away from any kind of addictions !!! Sales representative was busy with another clients already while i was entering and decided to switch on me and deliver the higest level of unprofessional customer service and it was really succesful ! No greeting at all, dont even expect - Hi! Or eye contact, as if the law created by this shop. And its not the first time i experienced that. Being very loyal to the place i spent a lot of money for past 1,5 year purchasing juices, coils and devices and used collected points several times. Last year bought a new device but it didnt work and didnt charge, i brought it back, sales representative called the management and they didnt accept exchange or repair without even checking the issue.

Awesome place with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in there on Saturday and picked up a few things and if I still lived in the neighborhood, this would be my go to store. Staff even helped give directions to another business.

Accused me of booting because i spoke to my girlfriend outside the store for less than a minute and referred to her as a "little boy" I've shopped there 3x times a week they know who I am and this mistreatment and baseless accusation is really insulting especially because I'm a regular. Lost a customer today.
