Purchased a product that contained liquid and was wrapped up upon opening product while at home I realized that it was leaking and ruined said product went to return today and was told there wasn’t anything they could do except me buying a new one, which I had to but not impressed at all, I’m sure The Lemonade Stand would’ve refunded or given a discount, not cool. If you buy a carton of milk and you bring it home to only realize it’s been opened I’m sure you’d bring it back asking for a refund

I’ve been coming to this store for years now. every piece I own, every grinder, every paper, every bowl. EVERYTHING is from here and I’m satisfied with it all. If you ask any questions or need help with a new product, or even need information on how to use something, they will go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. for example, yesterday I purchased a gadget that rolls joints easily. We had no clue how to use it so I asked about video tutorials online, and the one worker decided to show me how to do it with filters (in place of the kush obviously.) just one example of amazing service that i’ve received these few years. I remember a long time ago, I lived out of town and was running late, so I called and they actually stayed open a few minutes extra just so i could get what I need. I appreciate you guys for sure.

As a customer of the Kamloops Rock n Smoke Shop since its opening, I was truly disappointed today when I was told I couldn't buy anything from the store without wearing a mask. If I'd gone in here with a mask 2 years ago, they would've set off the silent alarms. It's a shop open-minded enough to sell paraphernalia but still blind to what's actually going on. I immediately went elsewhere and will continue to do so in the future. I have numerous pieces of glass and vapeware from this store. Its gone downhill since Dave left but this is the last straw for me. I'm now shopping in a store that doesn't force a false "mandate" on my face. I can't support a business that doesn't support people

Upon entering I was insulted and called names by the employee at the front desk and the homeless fellow he was talking to because I was wearing a face shield, I showed him my doctors note but he declined me service anyways. This wasn't even the first time I was hassled by their rude employees, needless to say I won't be returning and I will recommend my friends and family do the same.

Awesome little shop! Always deadly heavy metal tunes playing on the speakers. Helpful and awesome guy working the counter. Sweet heavy metal shirts, patches, pipes, papers, trays, vaporizers, gothic and horror-themed home decor.... all sorts of cool goodies!!
