If I could give 6 stars I would. The team here is awesome, they are knowledgeable, and give fantastic recommendations. Specifically grace squared & kya have gone above and beyond for me, and I couldn't be more grateful! Doesn't hurt that they are also located right beside Prime cannabis, the best pot shop in town!

From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold! I have never been in a place with such excellent customer service, the girls in this establishment are always so kind and extremely helpful. Pickles (grace) has such a wonderful personality and always greets me with a smile. She is such a wonderful worker and always takes the time to answer all of my questions and provides me with any help I need, couldn’t be more grateful! I have been vaping for at LEAST 11-13 years now. During that time, I lived in three different cities, been to dozens of different vape stores, and met possibly over one hundred workers! The vast majority of these people and experiences were solid; staff usually helps out when necessary and generally offer good service. That was prior to 2023 - before I ever set foot in ATOMIC VAPOR - (MISSION VAPES). The main three staff are Grace, Bri and Nicola. Each of them are so unbelievably helpful, friendly, and show superb leadership. They understand their work so thoroughly, that they usually know exactly what to get for a returning customer. There is truly no other such shop in Kelowna, or possibly even the entire Okanagan that can offer this level of competence. Their prices are generally excellent as well. I recommend the Atomic Vapor (Mission) store on Pandosy St. in the very highest possible terms.

I just recently went to the new atomic vapor in the mission and it is by far the part of the best franchise to get vape supplies in the Okanagan. Amazing people work there that are super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They also have an awesome loyalty program thats is connected to both stores that actually adds up. Would definitely recommend anyone who hasn't visited this store to give it a go.
