Been going for years, and the first time I've had a problem with some glass I got there (dab rig with these tiny holes that clog after the 4th hit, I had 5 friends over to try out the new piece and it was so clogged that the 5th person couldn't get any air through) I went back after 2 days and was told its not their problem "all sales final on glass" "go call west coast gifts because that's where we get our glass" best part is after i called west coast gifts they said its the sellers responsibility to contact them, and i shouldn't have to call them directly hahaha so either the employee i talked to doesn't know what he's talking about or is too lazy to help me. currently Westcoast gifts is actually helping me replace my shitastic dab rig
