Mary Jane's Headquarters 1812 Byland Rd #2

I was at the West Kelowna location last night the girl I dealt with was extremely unfriendly, which was a surprise as most of the staff in that location are wonderful. She was short with her answers, did not listen , kept interrupting, so to get the hell out of there I bought 4 disposable vapes called UseGo (picture attached). She told me if I didn’t like them to keep the receipt and bring them back. I returned them this morning , same girl , said she won’t take them back when asked about her telling me, she said no she did not say that I could bring them back. This vape is the worst I’ve ever had, it tastes like horrible medicine. Do not buy this brand. I bought 4 different flavours, tried 3 so didn’t bother with the 4th one. I’m very disappointed in her level of performance, wont be back again.

Second time making my review as my first was taken down. One of the girls behind the counter (blonde) refused to sell to me and was rude, everyone else seems very nice and the night she refused to sell to me the other guy working did sell to me. I have no idea why she refused or why my first review was removed..?

Extremely good customer service and product. I would recommend Mare Jane's to anyone looking for that kind of product.

Sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. She sold me on an ash catcher and I don't regret it one bit. Smoothest hit I've ever had. 11/10 Bong.
