There's truly no words to describe accurately, the customer service experience from Rutland Vapes. I've been on and off shopping with them, since they opened years ago. But recently have become a loyal and repeat regular with them since starting my journey of getting off the cigarettes. Keyan and his team, are some of the ABSOLUTE best human beings I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The energy they bring to the store is insurmountable. I've NEVER received customer experience the wY i have at Rutland Vapes. They will match your energy and make your day infinitely better. The effort they put in to make sure you're satisfied with whatever device you're purchasing, or the juice you'd like is astounding. I sat in the store for over an hour, hmming and haaaing over what I wanted. Not once did I feel like they wanted me out of the store, but that they were dedicated to finding me the perfect flavour. I could sit here for hours, and hype this team up. They simply have made my vaping experience, the most enjoyable I've EVER experienced. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The vibe in the room is always chill--sometimes when I'm in the area I'll pop in just to say hello. Jordan and Kean are an absolute pleasure to deal with along with the rest of their Staff. I'm looking forward to seeing these guys at the new location!
