Hootz Glass & Vape - Langley 20125 64 Ave #105

Didn't catch the name of the employee sadly, but they provided top notch service. Unbeatable prices on stems, bowls, etc. Really fair pricing on all other glass as well. Recently noticed a cigar cabinet addition to the store. They always have a wicked variety of snacks and treats not available at too many other places. Pricing on the sweets and snacks are a little pricey, however import fees on their end need to be covered so all in all, it's fairly priced. Large vape and cartridge selection as well.

Went to HOOTZ for my bf to get a smoke buddy and we were able to find it really easy today. I didn’t get the person behind the counters name but they were wearing a “boats and hoes” shirt which is honestly such a slay. They were super helpful and really nice. Thank you for making our experience really nice and welcoming. I don’t smoke but I’d go back purely for vibes ❤️

Went in to buy a new cartridge and Calum was so helpful. He has excellent customer service skills. He wasn't able to find mine and still provided me with a complimentary cartridge because I was having problems with mine. He showed genuine concern as my product was defective. We need more people like him in the retail industry

I had gone in needing some cannabis essentials and am usually pretty indecisive about what kind of products I use, Kalim and Rachael were there to help put my mind at ease and make the decisions very very easy for me by recommending what they personally love best and what others prefer depending on what I was used to. They answered every question and were so insanely patient with me I'll for sure be going back as I trust they truly know what they're doing :')

Kalim hooked me up with an awesome new mod. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Customer service was outstanding. Highly Recommend shopping at that Vape shop and dealing with Kalim. I won't be going anywhere else now. It's all about the customer service ;)
