This vape shop is by far the best I've been to. I am so impressed with how efficiently it's run and how friendly the staff are. Alyssa is an absolute sweetheart and so kind. She genuinely cares about the customers and makes sure you're happy with the products you buy. She is very knowledgeable and welcomes you with a smile! Mickey is also awesome as well! He has great energy. Wonderful to be greeted so kindly when entering the store. Very uplifting atmosphere.

I had a really bad experience with a worker I bought pods and they were all burnt the 3 pods that I bought. I went back the same day to exchange or see what they can do and all he said was "I can't do anything about it" Do better! I was explaining to him and he kept saying "I really can't do anything" so all that I can do now is throwing them in the garbage. I also asked to talk to a manger because the guy was rude and what he said to me was "I am the manager" I'm sorry but if he is actually the manager (he's the worst manager)

purchased a device from a girl and i can’t remember her name, asked her what the return policy was and she told me 2 weeks if i kept the receipt. nothing about it only being for defective devices. the guy i talked to the next day or a few days later explained it was the manufacturer rule, and there was nothing he could do for me. he was unsure why she told me that.

Lovely girl named Abby was working the closing shift. I thought I was going to have a set of eyes rolled at me since I had walked into the store to get some products at 9:57pm which is 3 minutes before closing but in reality I was greeted with a big smile and friendly conversation. Definitely will be returning! Great experience.

Me and my wife go in all the time. Super helpful with finding cheap good vape products when I'm poor ahah. And I was told my coil couldn't be found anymore so happy they have single coils avaible. Thank you guys so much
