As a customer who has had interactions with staff and the management at both the Brookswood, and the Aldergrove locations. I have found the staff to be nothing but friendly, kind and helpful, right down to helping me find a juice that I would absolutely love and want to stick with. I do have to say something about the reviews that has to do with the supposed lack of customer care, and support. First off, this is absolutely incorrect, and though it is true that on occasion there may be the odd pod, or coil that is faulty, it is usually user error, and you have to take a look at what you are doing. (IE - Not priming the coil correctly for example - I highly recommend YouTube videos ;)"User error, not manufacturer are pretty typical." My word of advice is when you buy a device, do your research first. No different than buying a car. Keep your receipt so that the store can do the return with the first two weeks, as they always state when buying a device, or after that you can always send the device back to the manufacturer. As a vaper of 8 years I give five stars today, and will continue to support them in the future, because well, they are just awesome! Sidenote: From one customer to another - some people need to stop being Karen's and meet people with kindness and respect. Be the change you want to see.

BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!!! GARBAGE PRODUCTS AND DEVICES Pathetic management and clerk. Two devices died within 6 weeks each of use. The manager offered nothing, except for me to call the manufacturer. Replacement Pod was faulty - 5 minutes after purchase and the store refused to replace refund citing manufacturer defect ….Sorry . Store policy. They do not stand behind any of their products, but they will take your cash and recite its store policy cannot do anything. They do not care about customers. Or retaining a customer base. Clearly customers are a dime a dozen, I do not support local businesses that could care less about their customer base. The defective pod was the straw that broke camels back. They’ll never see a dime from me, plenty of better stores to stop at locally. No contact info for manager. Clerk was as useless as they come. Only get 1 star because I cannot give 0

went in Friday evening around 8:30, was in a horrible mood and was ruder than needed to be. This young gentleman who I haven’t seen before helped me find a new favourite juice despite his limited knowledge. There was a mix up in vape pods and despite me being annoyed and frustrated, him and his female supervisor did everything they could to make it right. Thank you for the customer service, clearly made a good choice in the people you brought on to your team.

Completely disappointed with my last experience at this shop. My partner and I have an account here and have bought 6+ vapes and dozens of cartridges and juices here. I went in today to upgrade my vape and buy something of better quality. The guy behind the counter refused to let me hold the product to see if I liked the weight and feel. I'll take our business elsewhere, there's no shortage.

Love it! Everyone is super helpful and respectful. I never feel "up sold " when I shop here. I live a bit away from this location, but I will ALWAYS purchase here! I always feel treated as a valued customer and nothing less.
