Hub City Smoke Shop 1713 Bowen Rd Unit i

I just left this shop and couldn't be happier. The owner was really chill, had great suggestions, and put together a fair little package deal for me on multiple items. I highly recommend scoping out this little shop on Madsen just off Bowen on opposite side from where Townsite ends at Bowen. Beauty place!

Owner was awesome, went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Was closed but opened to to fulfill my needs. Great customer service, above and beyond for a first customer. I will be going back on a regular basis. Thank You Hub City Smoke Shop.

best glass in town , amazing service. i was running late on some xmas shopping and my first visit to the shop and it was already closed, luckily the owner was around and he opened up for me and didn't rush me at all. This is the kind of old school local family owned business vibes i grew up with and it is rare to find this kinda service. consider me a lifetime customer.

Owners are cheap and overprice everything. They seem to know nothing about running a business. If you need something from a smoke shop and are thinking about going here… don’t. Just go to literally any other smoke shop in Nanaimo and I promise they will be 10x more helpful.

I bought high voltage detox drinks and spent 300+ dollars on three drinks. Found them online for 24.99$ each consistently. Not impressed. My fault for not doing some research.
