Excellent knowledgable and friendly staff. The store is very clean and well organized. Urban legends stock unique products that are difficult to find elsewhere in the area!

Staff seem pretentious and holy-art-thou. Not helpful, just want to take your money and move on to the next person. I'd skip on this one, selection and price is not great compared to other stores in cities close by either. Bad vibez all around and will not be back or recommend to other friends that visit nelson

good stuff but suuuper expensive compared to nearby towns and its hard to keep track of what stuffs gonna cost or if itll even be there when their websites been in development for like 3 years at minimum, since it was “opening soon” when i moved to nelson in 2020, and has nothing on it.
