SOLID 5 STARS to Kootenay Vape Shop Trail!!! I was in a hurry, and stopped in to buy a new vape, and juice after years since having one . I didnt realize it was 10 minutes before closing..or id have waited. The smiling friendy salesperson didnt seem phased at all at my horrible timing. She set me up and matched me with a setup that fit my needs, and didnt rush it, she didnt even look at a clock. She went a step further and unboxed it and set it up, showed me the operation and do's and do nots. I left the store ( also exceptionally tidy and well thought out) satisfied, pleased in every way. So im here to share my wicked experience and give kudos to the employee that went above and beyond. And the managenent/owner team for making experiences like this possible. It truly does start from the top. Thanks Kootenay Vape , ill be back !!

Such an amazing store! They have a really unique selection of product that I can’t find anywhere else. The staff is super helpful and friendly, I can always count on them having a smile on their face. The new store interior is super bright and inviting, I love all the colours. I’ve been shopping here for over two years and won’t ever go anywhere else.

Awesome store with a huge selection. The staff is always super helpful. They set my new vape up for me and walked me through the features. The worst part is having to decide what juice you want with so many available.
