So I just want to start off and say that the customer service is just ABSOLUTELY GREAT! Purely phenomenal work that the staff put into everything. I had many questions about everything due to me being new to vaping and I would just like to say that an employee, Bradley, was so nice and patient while answering all of my questions. He even gave me advice for which vapes would be better suited for me. I love this place and will continue to go here. Don’t you ever say I did!
Lamont was above and beyond, his customer service and knowledge of the products made it easy for me! He knew what I wanted before even asking, he has a great memory, I come back because of him!
All staff are very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. When I moved to Cloverdale 7 months ago, I was extremely pleased to find this shop so close to where I live. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great vaping experience!
